WVU 4-H Youth Development program, July4th – 20th, 2015
Seventeen students from Affiliated High School of Shanxi University, China are invited by West Virginia University Extension 4-H Youth Development programs to visit from July 3rd-July 20th. The purpose of this camp is to provide youth with personal development experiences to help better understand themselves, and to display personal confidence when assuming leadership positions. The Chinese youth will participate in workshops that will enhance their personal understanding and skills. Additional workshops will relate to specific project work. Guest speakers and assemblies will emphasize daily themes and add to learning opportunities.
July 4th-11th: the delegation will be hosted and supported at a WVU State 4-H Summer Camp.
July 12th-20th: visit other universities, sight seeing
